Two guests sit comfy on the corner bench in the public room

...of the year 2002 came advent 1st. Exceptionally not the upcoming arrival of Christ, but the opening of Weinlokal Schwalbennest in Trunstadt. Located at the very end of classic Franconian wine region, it happened that the dream of entrepreneur Gertrud Günslein, who is in any way the mother of the wine bar, started. The vineyards, however, are cultivated and managed mainly by her father Josef, who is additionally responsible for the homemade sausages. The menu is supplemented by yummy cakes and pies, what makes the place worth to stay at any time of the day.

Rebsorten: Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Silvaner, Kerner, Regent.
Weintipp/Empfehlung: Regent.

Warm Cuisine: Small menu with 5 dishes
Cold Cuisine: Small menu with 10 dishes
Specialties: Homemade Kochkäse, Hunters-bread, Platter of the house „Vo allem a bisserla“.
